Description
Our High Performance Round Slings are made by Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). UHMWPE fiber is stronger than regular polyester fiber.
The High Performance Round Slings are generally comparable to steel wire rope and chain sling of same lifting capacity, due to the superior properties such as stronger, more durable, more compact, much light weight, softness, no damage to the object, safety and non-conductivity, corrosion resistance, and higher cost performance.
This means the High performance Round Slings will stay in service longer and cost less in the long run. Such lighter more compact sling also means less OH&S issues for workforce.
UHMWPE fiber allows for stronger round slings to be manufactured in smaller diameters and lighter weights. What's more, the soft slings can be moved and transferred easily in working places. It's a preferred choice when higher load capacity is required.
